It starts at the point called In front of the gate, then heads through Ungelt and Old Town Square, across to Lesser Town and up the Royal steps. It finishes at Prague Castle, not where it began, so plan your onward route from the Castle.
How long does the walk take?
Most players take a little over two hours, around 130 minutes, including walking and solving the puzzles. The route covers about 2.9 km, ending with the climb up the Royal steps to the Castle. You can pause and continue later if you want a break.
Where is Charles Bridge on this route?
Charles Bridge comes after Old Town Square, the Astronomical Clock and the Golden Serpent. You stop at Charles the Fourth and the St. John of Nepomuk, then cross toward the Lesser Town Bridge stop and on to the Infant Jesus and Lesser Town Square.
