Do I need the app?＋
Yes, the quest runs in the free Questo app. You download it once, and the host helps anyone who gets stuck at the start. You keep permanent access to replay the quest anytime.
What if I'm on my own?＋
Perfect, most solo players say it's the easiest way to meet people while traveling. You join one team and play together, so you're chatting within minutes.
Is it weather-dependent?＋
Quests run rain or shine, most routes have covered spots. If a host cancels for severe weather you're refunded in full or moved to another date.
How fit do I need to be? Can kids join?＋
Quests are a relaxed walk, usually 2 to 4 km at your own pace. Family-friendly quests are marked, and on private sessions kids under 7 play free.
How do tips work?＋
Tipping is optional, happens in the app after the quest, and goes 100% to your host. Most players tip €5–10 if they had a great time. The ticket price is just the quest itself, there is no separate guide fee.
