Prague has escaped the worst of it; at your suggestion they've been successfully quarantining suspected cases, closing off entire streets if necessary. But, suddenly, infections spike and it's out of control.
This shouldn't have happened under the measures you and the King put in place. There must be people out there spreading it, knowingly or unknowingly, and you're going to have to find them.
