Yes, the Robin Hood Statue is one of the stops. It comes late in the walk, right after Ye Olde Trip To Jerusalem and just before the Castle Gatehouse, so you reach it as the route heads towards the castle and the finish at The Park Gates.

It starts at Weekday Cross and finishes at The Park Gates, so it does not end where it began. Along the way you pass the National Justice Museum, St. Mary's Church, the Bell Inn, Old Market Square, Mortimer's Hole and the Castle Gatehouse, among other stops.
