The game starts in Downtown Raleigh and leads you on foot through about 2.1 km of the city center, with stops including Moore Square, Tupper Memorial Baptist Church, Artspace and the City of Raleigh Museum. The app guides you from each clue to the next location.
Is this an outdoor escape room?
Yes. It works like an escape room, with puzzles to crack as a team, but the puzzles are set in the streets and landmarks of downtown Raleigh rather than a locked room. You play on your phone and it is outdoors throughout, so dress for the weather.
