North End context
An immigrant neighborhood behind the fictional mafia mission
Boston’s North End changed with successive immigrant communities and became strongly associated with Italian American life in the late 19th and early 20th centuries. Its dense streets also appear in the city’s organized-crime history, but this quest does not reenact one documented case. The gangster mission is fictional; the neighborhood, immigrant history and landmarks between the Greenway and Hanover Street are real. Playable languages: English.
