Frequently asked questions
Is there an escape room near me in Port Huron?
Yes, this one is played outdoors on the streets of downtown Port Huron. Instead of a locked room, you follow clues on your phone from stop to stop, solving puzzles to outsmart the witch, either with your group or solo against the leaderboard.
Where does it start and where does the route go?
It starts and ends at the Municipal Office Center. The route covers about 2 km and passes places such as Sperry's Moviehouse, St. Clair County Library, Wrigley Center, Mama Vicki's Coney Island and the St. Clair County District Court.
How long does it take, and can we pause?
Plan on around 90 minutes for the walk and the puzzles. You can pause at any point, for a meal or a break along the route, and continue later from where you left off.
Do we need to book a time slot, and does one ticket cover our group?
No time slot is needed. Unlike a fixed-time indoor escape room, you start whenever your group is ready, and one ticket covers your whole group, up to the number of devices stated for the game.
Is it based on the original Wizard of Oz book?
Yes. The story is inspired by L. Frank Baum's original Oz novel from 1900, with a team of misfits taking on the witch. The game also includes original Oz-themed songs you can play in the app during the walk and again at home.
