CONFIDENTIAL / CASE BRIEFING
The story starts here.
You know the old saying, “The boyfriend did it”? On an ill-fated night, love goes terribly wrong for Bella Wanderlust and Walter Bridges.
Bella, a famous travel blogger, was found dead during a ghost tour led by the theatrical Percy Shadows. Now, it’s up to you to uncover the truth.
Was it Walter, the obsessed boyfriend? Percy, the ghost tour guide with a flair for the dramatic? Or is someone else hiding in the shadows?
🔎 Gather clues, interrogate suspects, and expose the real murderer before they strike again. Make sure to have your pen and paper ready to jot down all the crucial evidence.
Is this for you?
Who it's for
Over about 90 minutes and 2.2 km on foot in Peoria, you work out how travel blogger Bella Wanderlust died on a ghost tour, weighing up her boyfriend Walter and the guide Percy Shadows. Pairs after a night out with a puzzle, or friends who would rather investigate than watch actors, get the most from it. If you want a seated, indoor murder mystery dinner, choose something else.

Frequently asked questions
How long does the murder mystery walk take?
Plan on around 90 minutes for a walk of about 2.2 km, though you set the pace. You can pause the game at any point, stop for a coffee or a break, and continue later from where you left off.
Is it suitable for kids?
The story centres on the death of a travel blogger and asks you to question suspects, so it best suits teens and older children who enjoy puzzles and detective stories. Younger children may find the theme unsettling and the clue-solving hard to follow.
Can we play as a group?
Yes. One ticket covers your whole group, and players can follow along on their own phones. Couples, friends and families investigate together, comparing clues and deciding who they think is guilty: Walter the boyfriend, Percy the ghost tour guide, or someone else.
Do we need to book a start time?
No. There is no set departure time, no guide and no other group to join. You start whenever suits you, on any day, and the app leads you from place to place through Peoria while the case unfolds.
Is it played outdoors, and what if it rains?
The game is played outdoors on a walk through the city, so dress for the weather. If rain sets in, you can pause, wait it out somewhere dry and pick up the investigation later from the same point.
