Frequently asked questions
Is there an outdoor escape room in Oshawa?
Yes. This is an escape-room-style game played outdoors on your phone. You crack puzzles with friends, or solo against the leaderboard, following clues from Oshawa City Hall to places such as the Canadian Automotive Museum, Memorial Park and the Tribute Communities Centre.
Where does it start and how long does it take?
The game starts at Oshawa City Hall. Plan for around 90 minutes to work through the clues and reach every stop. You can pause at any point and continue later if you want a break or a bite to eat along the way.
Do we need to book a time slot, and can our group play together?
There is no fixed slot to book, so you can start whenever suits you. One ticket covers your whole group, which means friends, family or a birthday crowd can solve the puzzles together on their own schedule.
Is it played outdoors, and what if it rains?
Yes, the game takes you outside between locations, so check the forecast and dress for the weather. If the weather turns partway through, you can pause the game and pick it up again on a drier day.
