What is the story behind this treasure hunt?
The Golden Shamrock has vanished and the town's luck is falling apart: clocks stop, signs fall and the bakery ovens go cold. You play the detective. The suspects are Rusty, a leprechaun with a mischievous past, Finn McGuire, the desperate pub owner last seen with the shamrock, and the ambitious mayor.
Where does the route start and finish?
It starts and ends at Lincoln Elementary Performing Arts School, so it is a loop. Along the way you pass places such as the corner of E Market St and S Wenzel St, Quills Coffee, Clayton & Crume, Rabbit Hole Distillery and Garage Bar.
Do we need to book a time, and can we play as a group?
There is no time slot to book, so you start whenever suits you. One ticket covers your whole group, up to the number of devices stated on the ticket. If you need a break, you can pause the game and continue later from where you stopped.
Is it outdoors, and what if it rains?
The whole game is played outdoors on the streets of NuLu, walking about 1.6 km between stops. There is no indoor section. If the weather turns, you can pause the game and pick it up again later, so dress for the forecast or choose a drier day.
