Where does the quest start and finish?
It starts at the University of Tennessee Student Union and finishes at the Sunsphere in World's Fair Park. It is not a loop, so you end up downtown rather than back on campus. Plan your onward travel from the Sunsphere.
How long does it take and how far do we walk?
Most players take around 1.5 hours, including walking and solving the puzzles. The route covers about 2.8 km and ten stops, from campus buildings such as the Clarence Brown Theatre and Ayres Hall to public art and World's Fair Park.
Does the route include World's Fair Park?
Yes. After the campus stops and public art such as Weaving Rainbow Mountain and Rachmaninoff: The Last Concert, the route takes in the Tennessee Amphitheater, the World's Fair Fountain and the East Tennessee Veterans Memorial, then ends at the Sunsphere.
Can we play as a group?
Yes. One ticket covers the whole group playing together, so friends, couples or a family can share one phone, follow the rogue AI's story and work out the clues as a team while walking the route.
Do we need to book a time, and can we pause?
There is no time slot to book and no group or guide to meet. Start whenever suits you, played on your phone. You can pause the quest, for a coffee or because of the weather, since it is outdoors, and continue later.
