Does this walk include the Chemin de la Corniche?
Yes. The Chemin de la Corniche is the sixth stop on the route. You reach it after the Bock Casemates and continue to the Pont du Stierchen and Neumünster Abbey. The app tells the story of each place and sets a puzzle in what is in front of you.
Does the route pass the Grand Ducal Palace?
Yes. The Palais Grand-Ducal is the fourth stop, right after Place Guillaume II. Earlier stops include the Gëlle Fra and the Cathédrale Notre-Dame, and the walk later takes in the Bock Casemates and the Chemin de la Corniche.
Where does the quest start and finish, and how long does it take?
It starts at the Gëlle Fra and finishes at the Vestiges Du Fort Verlorenkost, so it does not end where it began. The route covers about 2.5 km, and players typically take about an hour and 40 minutes, walking and puzzles included.
Can we play as a group, and do we need to book a time?
One ticket covers the whole group playing together on the walk. There is no time slot to book and no group to join. You start whenever you like, follow the route on your phone, and can pause and continue later if you need a break.

A city built around a European fortress
Luxembourg’s old quarters and fortifications grew into one of Europe’s most important fortified sites. Its ramparts and casemates were shaped by successive powers, including major additions under Vauban after the French capture of the fortress.
The Corniche follows former ramparts above the Alzette valley. This game is an independent outdoor exploration, not an official fortress or casemate tour. Playable languages: English.
