Although the story is full of dramatic moments, in the end it conveys a message of hope in human power to cope with difficult situations.
The game was developed in collaboration with researchers from the National Institute for Earth Physics, involved in the development of the guided tour "Bucharest and Earthquakes".
What to Expect
This self-guided walking tour in Bucharest combines exploration, storytelling, and puzzle-solving into one unique experience. As you navigate through the city, you will discover 15 carefully selected locations, each revealing a piece of the story.
The entire quest takes approximately 5400 minutes to complete and covers 4.1km on foot. You will move at your own pace, with the freedom to pause whenever you want to take photos, grab a coffee, or simply soak in the atmosphere.
Each location features a challenge or puzzle that unlocks the next chapter of your story. These challenges are designed to be fun and engaging while teaching you about the history, culture, and hidden gems of Bucharest.

The mission: Your story in Bucharest
You're near the University of Architecture. It's 21:21. Suddenly, the ground begins to shake beneath your feet. A large piece of plaster falls. You move as fast as you can away from the building with the Danube Restaurant on the ground floor. It's very hard to stand. You lie on the street. Shocked, you see half of the building collapsing! You take cover in the tunnel leading to the Intercontinental parking lot. After what seems like an eternity, the shaking stops. You step out of the tunnel and look around: dust, collapsed buildings, darkness and eerie silence for a few seconds; then screams, cries for help...
