About this quest

London’s streets whisper secrets—of artists forgotten, statues that watched too long, and souls trapped in silence.

You are no ordinary explorer—you’re a historian with a gift: when you walk these paths, their stories come alive in your mind. Follow clues, solve real-world puzzles, and let the ghosts guide your steps in search of The Quill, the only thing that can set them free.

This is more than just a walk—it's a mystery woven into the city’s bones. Discover hidden corners of London with your friends or family, awaken stories lost to time, and create memories that will haunt you—in the best way. Ready to give the silent their voice?

Is this for you?

Who it's for

Ghost story fans, friends and families with older children can follow a daylight haunted walk through the West End, from the Cathedral of the Holy Family in Exile past the Haunted House of Berkeley Square to Green Park, solving puzzles in the streets over about 100 minutes. Choose something else if you want a live guide telling tales after dark, or if 2.8 km on foot is too far.

Frequently asked questions

Is this London ghost tour free?
No, this is a paid self-guided game played on your phone. One ticket covers the whole group playing together, so friends or family can follow the ghost stories and solve the puzzles as a team without a guide or a fixed group to join.
Where does the ghost walk start and finish?
It starts at the Cathedral of the Holy Family in Exile and finishes at Marlborough Road, so it does not end where it began. Along the way you pass Lancashire Court Tile Mural, Brook Street, the Haunted House in Berkeley Square, Green Park and the Canada Memorial.
How long does it take and can we pause?
Most players take around an hour and 40 minutes, walking and puzzles included, over a route of about 2.8 km. You can pause at any point and continue later, so there is no need to finish it in one go.
Is it suitable for children?
The theme is horror and haunts, with ghost stories about trapped souls and statues that watched too long. Children under 12 can take part but should be guided by their parents, which makes it a better fit for families with older children who enjoy a spooky mystery.
Can we do it as an evening ghost walk, and do we need to book a time?
The quest is meant to be played in daylight, not at night. There is no time slot to book: start whenever suits you during the day. It is an outdoor walk, and you do not need to enter any of the places on the route.
What’s the deal with this quest?

You’re playing a historian who hears ghostly whispers—statues, paintings, and forgotten souls trapped in silence. As you walk through Mayfair and Green Park, you follow clues to find The Quill, the only thing that can free them.

How long will it take and how far will we walk?

About 40-70 minutes, covering roughly 2.8 km (≈ 3,680 steps). Just right for an evening stroll with a supernatural edge.

Who’s this experience made for?

Perfect for couples wanting something romantic + mysterious, friends who enjoy ghost stories, and curious tourists who want London’s secret, haunted side—not just the usual Big Ben and Tower.
