Frequently asked questions
Is this like an escape room in Alpharetta?
It plays like an escape room taken outdoors. Your phone leads you through Alpharetta while you solve puzzles and decode secrets to uncover a centuries-old conspiracy. There is no booked room and no fixed time slot, so your group starts whenever it suits you.
Where does the game start?
The game begins at Point 1, LBC, in Alpharetta. Once you open it there, the app guides you from place to place, telling the story as you go and setting puzzles based on what is in front of you.
How long does it take and how far will we walk?
Plan on around 90 minutes, covering about 2.4 km on foot. That time can stretch depending on how quickly your group cracks the puzzles, and you can pause at any point and continue later if you want a break.
Is it suitable for children?
The story of a secret society, a whistleblower and global deceit is written with adults and teenagers in mind. Families with teens tend to enjoy working through the clues together, while younger children may find the plot and the codebreaking hard to follow.
Do we need to book a time, and what happens if it rains?
No booking of a time slot is needed: start any day, at any hour you choose, and pause whenever you like. The route is an outdoor walk through the city, so check the forecast and dress for the weather before you set out.
