About Krasinski Palace
Krasinski Palace, often referred to as the Palace of the Republic, is one of Warsaw’s most exquisite Baroque palaces. Originally built in the 17th century as a residence for the powerful Krasiński family, today it serves as a public library and is a stunning example of high Baroque architecture, complete with ornate gardens that are open to the public.
Best Time/Season to Visit:
The palace and its gardens are particularly stunning in the late spring and early summer when the gardens are in full bloom and the weather is ideal for strolling through its expansive grounds.
