In 15th-century Šibenik, the main characters are the city’s citizens. 

Seventy-one faces were carved into the stone of the cathedral’s façades. 

Their lives became tied to the construction of the Cathedral of St. James in different ways. Was it through work and belief? Conflict and doubt? Care and responsibility? Mockery and refusal to contribute?
