It starts at the Rembrandthuis and finishes at the final stop, End of the long journey, so it does not return to the start. In between you pass Sint-Antoniussluis, Zuiderkerkhof, three guildhalls, Bloedstraat, the Bushuis and Botermarkt, about 1.9 km in total.
How long does it take?
Most players take around 95 minutes, including the walking and the puzzles, so plan for an hour and a half to two hours. The route itself is short at 1.9 km, and most of the time goes into the story and solving the clues at each stop.
Can we play as a couple or a group?
Yes. The story suits couples who enjoy an art mystery, and friends can play too. One ticket covers the whole group playing together on the same phone, so you follow the clues and solve the puzzles side by side.
Do we need to book a time, and can we pause?
No time slot is needed. You start whenever you like at the Rembrandthuis, with no group to join and no guide to meet. You can pause the quest, stop for a coffee or a museum visit, and continue later from where you left off.
