It starts at Pancakes Amsterdam and finishes at Ons' Lieve Heer op Solder, covering about 2.5 km. In between you pass House of the ship, Weeping tower, Montelbaanstoren, Rembrandt house, the Oost-Indisch Huis, De Waag and Oude Kerk, in that order.
How long does it take, and do we need to book a time?
Most players take about 1 hour 45 minutes, walking and puzzles included. There is no set start time, so you begin whenever suits you, and you can pause the game and continue later if you want a break for food or coffee.
Is it suitable for children?
The puzzles are rated medium difficulty, so it works best for families with older children who enjoy working out clues from the buildings and streets around them. The route passes through the Red Light District, and very young children may find close to two hours on foot a lot.
Can we play as a group?
