Where does the Hallett history walk start and finish?

It starts at Hallett Oval Entrance and finishes at Hallett Hall. Along the way you pass the Wildongoleechie Hotel, The Braes Road, Hallett Cemetery and North Terrace, covering about 4.4 km on foot around town.

How long does the walk take?

Most players take around two and a quarter hours, including walking and puzzles, over roughly 4.4 km. The walk is described as easy and pleasant, and you can pause at any point and pick it up again later.

Do we need to book a time, and can we play as a group?

No booking is needed and it is free to play. Start whenever you like on your phone, with no group to join and no guide to meet, so friends or family can simply walk it together.

Can we do it in the evening?

Daylight is recommended, as the quest advises against playing at night. The route is outdoors and includes Hallett Cemetery and The Braes Road, so start with enough light left for a walk of a little over two hours.
