Make sure you are logged in the app with your correct email, not with an Apple ID or with an email address with a typo. If not, make sure you're entering the code correctly (for TripAdvisor/Viator, don't include the "BR" prefix, just the characters after it). Apple's "Hide My Email" feature creates a private relay address that may not match the email you used for your purchase. If you want to play in multiplayer and compete one against the other, then you can have either one player buying multiple tickets, then using the Quest invite feature to unlock the quest for the rest of the group, or every player can buy their own access, and then create a multiplayer session by tapping on the (...) button on the quest page.
