Where does the quest start and finish?
It starts at Piazza Santo Spirito and finishes at Piazza Santa Croce, so it is not a loop. In between you cross Ponte Vecchio and pass Piazza della Signoria, Piazza del Duomo, San Lorenzo, the Galleria dell'Accademia and Casa Buonarroti, about 3.7 km in total.
Does the route visit places linked to Michelangelo in Florence?
Yes. The story follows Michelangelo in 1501, just before he sculpts David. Near the end the route takes a street tied to Michelangelo and stops at Casa Buonarroti before finishing at Piazza Santa Croce. Earlier stops include the Galleria dell'Accademia and the Opera del Duomo Museum.
How long does it take?
Most players take close to three hours, including the walking and the puzzles. The route covers about 3.7 km. It is best played during the day, and you can pause along the way and continue later if you want a break for lunch or a gelato.
