Questions fréquemment posées
Where does the walk start and finish, and does it go from the Pantheon to the Colosseum?
It starts at St. Angelo Bridge and finishes at the Arch of Constantin by the Colosseum, so it does not return to the start. In order, you pass Ponte Umberto I, Piazza Navona, the Pantheon, Tempio di Adriano, Piazza Venezia, the Emperor's Statue and Colosseum Square.
How long does it take?
Most players take about two hours, including the walking and the puzzles. The route covers 3.4 km through central Rome. You can pause at any point and continue later if you want a coffee break or more time at a landmark.
Is it good for kids?
Families are one of the groups it is written for. Children follow a story about helping a Roman emperor understand his dreams and solve puzzles at each landmark. Bear in mind the 3.4 km distance and the roughly two hours on foot when deciding whether it suits younger children.
Can we play as a group?
Yes. One ticket covers the whole group playing together on the app, so friends or a family can follow the clues and solve the puzzles side by side as you walk from St. Angelo Bridge to the Colosseum.
Do we need to book a time slot?
No. There is no guide and no group to join, so you can start whenever you like at St. Angelo Bridge. The app leads you from stop to stop, and you can pause the game and pick it up again later.
