For refunds, exchanges or transfers, please read the policy below and then get in touch.
If you can’t attend an event anymore, you have two options:
- Change the date of your ticket for a future one that we’re organizing
- Transfer the ticket to another person (you must request this no later than 48 hours before the event starts)
In either case, please contact us at care@questoapp.com to complete the date change or transfer.
**CANCELLATIONS **
If the event is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances and/or an external factor outside of our control (extreme weather, local authorities request, other extreme cases), we can:
- change the date of your ticket for a future event that we’re organizing
- allow you to transfer it to someone who can attend a future event
If the event is cancelled because of factors that are in our control, we can:
- issue a full refund at your request
- change the date of your ticket for a future event that we organize
- allow you to transfer your ticket to someone who can attend a future event
