Questo Events - Refund Policy

For refunds, exchanges or transfers, please read the policy below and then get in touch.

If you can’t attend an event anymore, you have two options:

  1. Change the date of your ticket for a future one that we’re organizing
  2. Transfer the ticket to another person (you must request this no later than 48 hours before the event starts)

In either case, please contact us at care@questoapp.com to complete the date change or transfer.

**CANCELLATIONS **

If the event is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances and/or an external factor outside of our control (extreme weather, local authorities request, other extreme cases), we can:

  • change the date of your ticket for a future event that we’re organizing
  • allow you to transfer it to someone who can attend a future event

If the event is cancelled because of factors that are in our control, we can:

  • issue a full refund at your request
  • change the date of your ticket for a future event that we organize
  • allow you to transfer your ticket to someone who can attend a future event
