Preguntas frecuentes
What kind of scavenger hunt in Dallas is this?
It is a self-guided family hunt played on a phone. Kids help Bunny find the gems Felix the fox has hidden, while the app leads you from place to place, tells the story of each spot and sets a puzzle in what is in front of you, across 11 stops around Bishop Arts.
Where does the hunt start and how long does it take?
You start at Bishop Arts STEAM Academy. The route covers about 1.9 km and takes around 90 minutes, passing places such as Bishop Street Market, Palmieri Cafe and Bishop Lane. Smaller legs may want a few breaks along the way.
What age is it best for?
It is designed for children of about 5 to 12. The story of Bunny and the mischievous fox keeps younger kids engaged, and the puzzles ask them to look closely at the streets and buildings around them, which older children in that range can lead.
Do we need to book a time, and can the whole family play together?
There is no set time slot and no guide, so you can start whenever you arrive. One ticket covers your whole group, so the family plays together on the same quest rather than buying separately for each person.
Can we pause, and is it outdoors?
The hunt takes place outdoors on neighbourhood streets, so dress for the weather. If it starts to rain or the kids need a rest, you can pause and continue later from where you left off.
