In spirit, yes. Each of the ten ghosts is stuck on unfinished business, and you solve its mystery to catch it and earn a clue. Along the way you crack ciphers and riddles, some answered only by what is on the street, then name the Evil One among them.
Where does the ghost hunt start and how long does it take?
It begins at Point 1, marked LBC in the app, which guides you from there to each spirit. Plan on around 90 minutes to cover the roughly 2.1 km route, though you can take longer if you linger over the puzzles.
Is it suitable for kids?
It suits older children best, ones who can follow a spooky story and enjoy working through ciphers and riddles with the adults. One of the spirits is lying to you, so it helps if kids like spotting tricks. Very young or easily frightened children may find it too eerie or too hard.
Do we need to book a time, and can we pause?
No set start time is needed. There is no guide or group to meet, so you begin whenever you are ready on your phone. You can pause the hunt at any point and continue later from where you stopped.
Can our group play together on one ticket?
