Take it at a Greek pace: grab a souvlaki from O Kostas, a tiny spot grilling since 1950 that often sells out by mid-afternoon, order a frappé, the iced coffee Greeks invented and sip for hours, and climb Areopagus Hill for a free sunset view over the city.
