This loop starts and finishes at Lincoln Elementary Performing Arts School and covers about 2 km of Nulu in around 90 minutes, passing Rabbit Hole Distillery, Quills Coffee and Clayton & Crume. Friends, couples on a date, families and Oz fans get an outdoor escape game with puzzles to crack together. Anyone wanting a locked room indoors, away from the weather, should book a classic escape room instead.

What is the Oz experience in Louisville?
It is an outdoor, escape-room-style game played on your phone. A new story inspired by L. Frank Baum's 1900 Oz novel leads you between places near East Market Street, where you solve puzzles to outsmart the witch. Original Oz-themed songs play in the app, and you can listen to them again at home.
How much does it cost per person?
It is not priced per person. One ticket covers your whole group, and everyone plays together on their phones, up to the number of devices shown when you book. Check the booking page for the current price before you go.
Where does the game start and finish?
It starts and ends at Lincoln Elementary Performing Arts School, so you finish where you began. In between, the route passes places such as Rabbit Hole Distillery, Quills Coffee, Biscuit Belly and Clayton & Crume around East Market Street.
How long does it take and how far will we walk?
Plan on around 90 minutes, covering about 2 km on foot. The whole game is played outdoors, so dress for the weather on the day. You can pause at any point and pick up where you left off later.
