Bella, a famous travel blogger, was found dead during a ghost tour led by the theatrical Percy Shadows. Now, it’s up to you to uncover the truth.
Was it Walter, the obsessed boyfriend? Percy, the ghost tour guide with a flair for the dramatic? Or is someone else hiding in the shadows?

Couples, groups of friends and families with teens who want to crack a murder themselves will spend about two hours on a 2.2 km loop through the Baixa, gathering clues and questioning suspects from the Church of Saint Nicholas to the Santa Justa Lift. Pick something else if you want actors and dinner, an indoor room, or have young children, as the story centres on a death.

Is this a mystery escape game I can play in Lisbon?
It works like an outdoor escape game played on your own phones. You walk through the Baixa, gather clues, interrogate suspects and solve puzzles set in the places in front of you to work out who killed travel blogger Bella Wanderlust. There is no room, no host and no guide.
Where does the murder mystery start and finish?
It is a loop that starts and ends at the Statue of John I. In between you visit the Church of Saint Nicholas, MUDE, the Equestrian Statue of King José I, the Money Museum, Edifício dos Leões, the Santa Justa Lift and Praça Dom Pedro IV, in that order.
How long does it take, and do we need to book a time?
Most players take about two hours, walking and puzzles included, over a route of 2.2 km. There is no time slot to book: start whenever you like, and you can pause the game and carry on later if you stop for a coffee or a meal.
Can we play as a group, and is it suitable for kids?
Yes, one ticket covers the whole group playing together, so it suits friends, couples and celebrations. It works best for teens and older children who enjoy detective puzzles, since the story is about a murder and the suspects need questioning and careful thought.
Does the route pass the statue of King José I?
Yes. The Equestrian Statue of King José I is the fourth stop, reached after the Church of Saint Nicholas and MUDE and before the Money Museum. The app tells you the story of the place and sets a puzzle there as part of the investigation.
