Is this a guided ghost tour of Glasgow?
No guide comes along. It is a self-guided ghost walk played on your phone. The app leads you from one haunted landmark to the next, tells the story of each place and sets a riddle in what is in front of you. You can start whenever you like, and it plays best at night.
Do we go inside any haunted houses or buildings?
No. Entering the places is not part of the experience. You explore from the street, reading the clues in the buildings, alleys and landmarks around you. After dark, your phone flashlight comes in handy for spotting clues that are hard to see.
Where does it start and finish, and how long does it take?
You start at Glasgow Central Station and finish at George Square, so it does not return to the start. The route covers 3.6 km, passing stops such as the Tron Theatre and the Merchant City Clock Tower. Most players take about two and a half hours, walking and puzzles included.
Can we play as a group?
Yes. It is built as a squad challenge, and one ticket covers the whole group playing together. The riddles are rated medium difficulty, so working them out as a team is part of the fun.
Do we need to book a time slot, and can we pause?
There is no group to join and no fixed time slot, so you start when it suits you. You can pause along the way, for a drink or a break, and continue later from where you stopped.

It’s a haunted walking game through Glasgow’s spookiest spots. You wake up with no identity and have to solve riddles left by the forgotten, visit haunted landmarks, and try to find “the coat that was never worn” to reclaim your soul.
Is this a fun thing to do in Glasgow with kids?
Yeah—but better with older kids (teenagers). Some bits are creepy-vibe, so daylight works better. They’ll probably dig the ghost stories and solving puzzles together.
Can this be a romantic date idea for travelers?
For sure. Walking through dim alleys, sharing goosebump moments, discovering hidden haunted spots side by side—makes for a memorable, slightly eerie date.
