It starts at Porte de Flandre Tram Station and finishes back there, so it is a loop. The route covers about 4.5 km and takes around two and a half hours, depending on your pace and how long you spend on the puzzles.

Yes. The walk covers the city's old port, which is now the lively Place Sainte-Catherine, with stops at Saint Catherine Church, the nearby Black Tower and Saint-Géry. The app tells the history of each place and sets a puzzle there.
Does the walk include the Grand-Place?
Yes, the Grand-Place is one of the stops, between Jeanneke-Pis and Saint Nicholas Church. Most of the route goes beyond it, though, through the Sablon, Coudenberg, the Royal Palace area, Mont des Arts, the cathedral and the Palais de Justice.
