A experiência
Sobre esta experiência
Bologna, 1880. The trains have arrived, the city buzzes with newfound speed, and Italy is still catching its breath as a young nation. But one thing hasn’t changed - murder still stalks the alleyways.
You are Andrea Satutto, Italy’s most brilliant detective, summoned to crack the case of Giacomo di Pepoli: a powerful man found dead in the heart of Bologna’s old town. Clues hide in plain sight, whispered through cobbled streets and behind noble facades. With every step, you’ll follow the trail, solve puzzles rooted in history, and uncover a story few dare to tell.
Grab your sharpest friends or your bravest family, and walk your way through one of Bologna’s darkest secrets. The truth is waiting—but only if you’re clever enough to find it.
É para si?
Para quem é
First-time visitors and couples see Bologna's old town in one walk, from the Fountain of Neptune and San Petronio to the Two Towers and the Jewish ghetto, while solving an 1880 murder as a detective. It takes about two and a half hours over 3 km, by day or after dark. Skip it if the murder plot feels too dark for young children or you want a live guide.

Perguntas frequentes
Does this walk cover the main sights of Bologna's old town?
Yes. The route runs from Porta Galliera past Mercato Piazzola, Teatro Arena del Sole and Via dell'Indipendenza to the Fountain of Neptune, the Oratorio dello Spirito Santo, the Basilica di San Petronio, Santa Maria della Vita, the Two Towers and the Jewish ghetto.
Where does the quest start and finish?
You start at Porta Galliera and finish at Piazza Rossini, so the route does not return to where you began. The walk covers about 3 km through the old town, with the app guiding you from one stop to the next.
How long does it take, and can we take a break?
Most players take about two and a half hours, including walking and solving the puzzles. You can pause whenever you like, stop for a coffee or a meal, and carry on later from where you left off.
Can we play tomorrow, or do we need to book a time slot?
There is no time slot to book and no group to join. You start whenever suits you, tomorrow or any other day, and the quest works well both during the day and at night.
Can we play as a group?
Yes. One ticket covers the whole group playing together on the same phone, so friends or couples can work through the clues and solve the case side by side as they walk.
What’s this quest about?
Step back to 1880 Bologna. A nobleman has been found dead, and you’re the detective chasing the truth. You’ll wander cobblestone lanes, uncover hidden clues, and piece together a murder mystery set in the city’s gorgeous old town.
Who will enjoy it most?
Couples looking for a unique date, friends who like puzzles and dark stories, and travelers who want a city walk with real suspense instead of a typical tour.
Is it a good idea for a date night?
Absolutely. Solving clues together is fun and a little romantic, and you’ll find quiet piazzas and hidden corners that feel made for two.
