Chapter by chapter with the help of old photos, you will complete a puzzle that will give you more details about the grow and the fall of  the " Golden Springs".

Guests taking a cure, couples and history fans with a few free hours between treatments can follow 200 years of the resort's story, from Ottoman rule through communism to today, over 1.7 km from Parcul Central past the springs and Hotel Livadia. Allow around 90 minutes for walking and old-photo puzzles. Families with young children wanting games more than history, or anyone wanting a guide to question, should look elsewhere.

It starts at Parcul Central and finishes at Biserica Sfântul Pantelimon. In between, it passes Mica sirena, the Grup izvoare springs, Hotel Livadia, the Summer garden and Aleea Trandafirilor, in that order, covering about 1.7 km.
How long does it take?
Most players take around 90 minutes, including the walking and the puzzles. The route itself is about 1.7 km, so the time goes mostly into the stories of each place and the photo puzzles rather than distance.
Is it free, and can we play as a group?
Yes, the quest is free to play. Couples, friends or a family can follow it together on a phone, starting whenever suits them, with no group to join and no guide to wait for.
Is it suitable for children?
The content is the history of the resort, from Ottoman times to the communist era and the present, told chapter by chapter with old photos. Older children who enjoy history and puzzles will follow it best; very young children may lose interest.
Do we need to book a time, and can we pause?
There is no time slot to book: you start whenever you like from Parcul Central. You can also pause the quest, for a treatment or a coffee, and continue later from where you stopped.
