Kilka odpowiedzi przed wyjściem
Często zadawane pytania
Which places in Vienna does this Christmas game visit?
The route starts and ends at the Spittelberg Christmas market and passes Lapis Lazuli, Rathausplatz, the Theseus Temple, Michaelerplatz, the Leopoldsbrunnen, the statue of Emperor Joseph II, the Hofburg, Maria-Theresien-Platz and the MuseumsQuartier. The app guides you from one stop to the next over about 3.3 km.
Where does it start and how long does it take?
You begin at the Weihnachtsmarkt am Spittelberg and finish back there, so it is easy to return to the market stalls afterwards. The walk covers about 3.3 km and takes around 75 minutes, a little longer if you linger at the puzzles or stop for a warm drink.
Is it good for kids?
Yes, it is tagged family friendly and built around a Christmas rescue story with labyrinths, riddles and small challenges. Children old enough to enjoy puzzles and walk about 3.3 km will get the most from it, while younger ones can follow along as adults help with the trickier riddles.
Can we play as a group, and do we need to book a time?
One ticket covers your whole group, up to the number of devices stated. There is no set time slot, no guide and no other group to join, so you can start whenever you like and pause along the way, then continue later from where you stopped.
Is the route outdoors?
Yes, the game leads you on foot through squares, past monuments and between Christmas markets in central Vienna, so plan for winter weather. Wear warm clothes and comfortable shoes, and remember you can pause the game to warm up and pick it up again later.
