Yes. This self-guided detective game finishes at Nottingham Castle after a loop through the city centre that begins at the Robin Hood Statue. Along the way you follow a whistleblower's leads and solve puzzles set in the places in front of you to expose a secret society known as The Kingmakers.
What will we see in Nottingham on this walk?
In order, the route takes you to the Robin Hood Statue, Ye Olde Trip To Jerusalem, the Green Heart of Nottingham, Nottingham Contemporary, St Mary's Church, Nottingham College, the Council House and finally Nottingham Castle. The app tells the story of each place as you go.
How long does it take and how far is the walk?
Most players take about two hours, walking and puzzles included. The route covers around 3.2 km as a loop, starting at the Robin Hood Statue and finishing at Nottingham Castle. You can pause at any point and continue later, so a café stop along the way is no problem.
Can we play as a group, and do we need to book a time?
Yes, one ticket covers the whole group playing together on a phone. There is no time slot to book and no group or guide to meet: you start whenever you like, play at your own pace and can pause and pick it up again later.
