Een paar antwoorden voor vertrek

Veelgestelde vragen

Where does the Tampa Christmas scavenger hunt start and finish?

It starts at Lykes Gaslight Square Park in downtown Tampa, and the route comes back there at the end. In between you pass Old City Hall, the Weather clock, Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Tampa Theatre and the John F Germany Public Library.

How long does it take and how far do we walk?

Plan on around 90 minutes to cover about 2.2 km through 12 locations. You can pause the game and pick it up again later, so a coffee or shopping break along the way does not cost you your progress.

Is it a good outdoor activity with kids?

It is an outdoor walking game built around a story: Santa, Sparky and Rudolph guide you, joke at your expense, and set puzzles and dares at each stop. It suits children who can walk about 2.2 km and enjoy solving clues with the adults.

Can we play as a group or for an office Christmas party?

Yes. One ticket covers your whole group, and you play together on your phones as Ground Control, collecting the Elements of Spirit to get the sleigh flying again. The dares and teasing commentary make it work well for coworkers, friends and visiting family.

Do we need to book a time slot or meet a guide?

No. There is no guide and no fixed group, so you start whenever you like from Lykes Gaslight Square Park. The app leads you from place to place, tells the story at each stop and lets you pause and continue later.
