Een paar antwoorden voor vertrek
Veelgestelde vragen
Can our whole group play the sleigh game together?
Yes. One ticket covers your whole group, up to the number of devices stated for the quest. You play as Ground Control together, solving puzzles, completing dares and collecting the Elements of Spirit to restart Santa's sleigh, which makes it a good fit for families, friends or an office team outing.
Where does the Christmas scavenger hunt start and end?
It starts at La Jolla Recreation Center and finishes back there, so you end where you began. Along the way the route passes places such as Mary, Star of the Sea Catholic Church, the Joan and Irwin Jacobs Library Annex and The Bishop's School.
How long does it take and how far will we walk?
Plan on around 90 minutes to cover about 2.4 km and 12 locations. You can pause the game at any point and continue later, so a snack stop or a break for tired legs does not mean losing your progress.
Is it good for kids?
It is written as a funny, holiday-themed story game for groups, with puzzles to solve and dares to complete while Santa, Sparky and Rudolph tease the players. Children who can follow clues and enjoy joining in silly challenges will get the most out of it, with an adult reading along.
Do we need to book a time slot?
No. There is no guide and no group departure, so you start whenever suits you and play on your own phone. That makes it easy to fit around a family visit, a holiday weekend or the end of a workday with colleagues.
