Over deze quest
Berlin, a city divided by walls and secrets, is your battlefield. Disguised by the hat of the season, you walk among strangers with a mission that could change the course of history. You're not a diplomat—you’re a spy. One pocket holds hope, the other danger. And now, your next checkpoint awaits.
In this immersive quest, you'll walk through the shadowy corners and grand landmarks of Berlin, solving real-world puzzles and decoding clues hidden in plain sight. From the haunting calm of prison parks to narrow alleys echoing with whispers of the Cold War, every step brings you deeper into the story.
Perfect for friends or families seeking a thrilling adventure, this walking quest is a game of wits, movement, and memory-making. The mission is yours. Will you see it through?
Is dit iets voor jullie?
Voor wie het is
Cold War and espionage fans, couples and families with school-age children get to play the spy rather than just look, decoding clues on a 3.3 km walk from Moabit's old prison park past Hamburger Bahnhof and Invalidenpark to the Berlin Wall Memorial on Bernauer Strasse. Allow a little over two hours, ideally in daylight. Anyone wanting a guide to quiz on Wall history, or unable to manage the walk, should choose something else.

Veelgestelde vragen
Is there a spy game you can play on your own in Berlin?
Yes. This is a self-guided spy mission played on your phone. The app leads you from stop to stop, tells the story of each place and sets a puzzle in what is in front of you, so you decode clues as you walk. There is no guide and no group to join.
Where does the quest start and finish?
It starts at Moabit Historical Prison Park and finishes at the Mural at the Berlin Wall Memorial, so it is not a loop. Along the way you pass Hamburger Bahnhof, Sandkrugbrücke, Invalidenpark and the Natural History Museum before reaching the Wall Memorial area on Bernauer Strasse.
How long does it take and how far is the walk?
Most players take a little over two hours, walking and puzzles included, covering about 3.3 km. You do not have to do it in one go: you can pause the game and continue later from where you stopped.
Is it suitable for kids, and can we play as a group?
It is recommended as a family activity, and school-age children who like codes and clues tend to enjoy the spy role. Some stops are memorial sites about the Berlin Wall, which parents may want to talk through. One ticket covers the whole group playing together.
Do we need to book a time, and what about the weather?
No booking of a time slot is needed; you start whenever you like. The route is an outdoor walk through parks, streets and the Berlin Wall Memorial, and it is best played during the day, so dress for the weather.
