From the shadow of a medieval castle to the narrow, cat-filled alleys of the Old Town, you will follow a trail of riddles left by the fishermen and families who built this coast. You’ll navigate by the stars and the compass, dodging the pirate’s gaze and uncovering the "Saltoki" legacy hidden in the bustle of Tapas Street.

Plan on about 3.5 km and roughly two and a quarter hours of walking and puzzles, with no slot to book. Where does the outdoor escape game start and finish?
The game starts at The Fish and finishes at The City Hall, so it is a one-way route rather than a loop. Along the way you pass stops such as The Elche Park, The Castle, The Church, The Cat Street and The Tapas Street in the Old Town.
How long does it take and how far will we walk?
Most players take about two and a quarter hours, including walking and solving the puzzles, over roughly 3.5 km. There is no need to rush: you can stop for a break along the way, for example on The Tapas Street.
Is it free, and can we play as a group?
Yes, it is free to play. Friends, couples and families can walk it together, following the riddles on a phone and working out the answers as a team at each stop.
Do we need to book a time slot?
No. There is no group to join and no guide to meet, so you can start whenever it suits you. Head to The Fish, open the app and begin when you are ready.
Is it all outdoors, and what if it rains?
The whole route is outdoors, through the streets of the Old Town and the castle area, so dress for the weather. If rain arrives, you can pause the game and carry on later from where you stopped.
