It runs from Stephansdom past secret courtyards, a ghost story, the Secession, imperial gardens, the Burgtheater and the Rathaus, with a quiz at every stop and breaks for a Würstelstand, coffee and rooftop cocktails. Anyone after a short stroll, a live guide or an indoor afternoon should pick something else, as this is nearly three hours outdoors.

It then visits the Square of Human Rights, imperial palace and garden stops, the rose garden, the Burgtheater and the Townhall. It finishes with rooftop views at the 25hours Hotel.
How long does the walk take and how far is it?
Plan on around three hours to cover about 5.6 km, including time for the quiz challenges at each stop. You can pause whenever you like, for a sausage or a coffee along the route, and pick up again later. Charge your phone fully or bring a power bank.
Is it suitable for children?
