Preguntas frecuentes

Where does the Saskatoon mystery walk start and finish?
It starts at Remai Modern and finishes at the Saskatoon Club, so it does not return to the start. Along the way you pass River Landing Spray Park, Launch Time, The Founders Statue, the Traffic Bridge, the Gabriel Dumont Statue, Kiwanis Memorial Park, the Delta Hotels Bessborough and the Saskatoon Mural.
How long does it take and how far do we walk?
Most players take about 80 minutes, including walking and solving the puzzles. The route covers 1.6 km along the Saskatoon riverfront, so it is a fairly short walk with plenty of stops to read the story and work out the clues.
Is it suitable for children?
The story is written for adults. It centres on two women who vanish and a hidden network moving people through the city, with coded clues to crack along the way. It suits grown-ups and puzzle fans who like investigative, true-crime-leaning plots more than young children.
Do we need to book a time, and does it cost anything to play?
No booking is needed. The quest is free to play, and you can start whenever you like from Remai Modern using your phone. There is no group to join and no guide, so friends or couples can simply set off together at their own pace.
Can we pause partway and continue later?
Yes. You can pause the quest at any point and pick it up again later, which helps if you want to stop for a break along the riverfront. The whole route is outdoors, so plan around the weather before you head out.
