The Town Hall goats fail to appear at noon, and you are called in with Ken Clever to work out how the theft was carried out. You follow a trail hidden in plain sight through the Old Market Square, past the Royal Castle and Freedom Square, decoding clues on your phone.
Can I play with just two people?
Yes. Two people can play together on a phone, and larger groups can too, since one ticket covers the whole group playing together. There is no guide and no group to join, so a couple or a pair of friends can set their own pace.
Where does the quest start and finish?
It starts at Poznań Town Hall and finishes at Plac Kolegiacki, close to where you began. In between you pass the Old Market Square, the Bamberka Monument, the Royal Castle, the National Museum, Freedom Square, Ratuszova Restaurant, the Collegiate Basilica and the Goat Sculpture.
How long does it take and how far is the walk?
Most players take about 75 minutes, including walking and solving the puzzles. The route covers around 1.4 km through the Old Town, and you can pause the game and continue later if you want a break for food or the noon goats.
Do we need to book a start time?
No. You can start whenever you like, as the quest is self-guided and played on your phone. There is no tour group to meet and no guide to wait for, so you can begin at the Town Hall at a time that suits you.
