Fortune has faltered with the mysterious disappearance of the Golden Shamrock. As luck spirals into chaos—clocks stop, signs fall, and the bakery's ovens cool—you are summoned to unravel this enigma.
Was it the reticent leprechaun, Rusty, with his mischievous past? Finn McGuire, the desperate pub owner last seen with the shamrock? Or perhaps the mayor himself, whose ambitions might be fueled by the town's misfortune?

Friends, couples and families who like a whodunit will spend about 90 minutes working out whether a leprechaun, a pub owner or the mayor took the Golden Shamrock, on a 2.2 km loop past St. Stephen's Green, Bewley's Grafton Street and the Molly Malone statue. It makes a good St Patrick's Day or group outing. If you want a live guide or a proper pub crawl, choose something else.

Does the route pass the Molly Malone statue?
Yes. The Molly Malone statue is one of the stops, reached after The Secret Book and Record Store and before the Irish Whiskey Museum. As at every stop, the app tells you the story of the place and sets a puzzle in what is in front of you.
Where does the treasure hunt start and finish?
It starts at Fusiliers' Arch and the route comes back to the same spot at the end. Along the way you visit places such as Kehoes Pub, St. Stephen's Green, The Shelbourne, Bewley's Grafton Street, Mary's Bar & Hardware and The Westbury.
How long does it take and how far is the walk?
Plan on around 90 minutes for about 2.2 km of walking through central Dublin. You can pause the game and continue later, so you can stop for a coffee or a drink along the route and pick up the mystery where you left off.
Can we play as a group, and do we need to book a time?
One ticket covers your whole group, up to the number of devices stated for the quest, so friends or family can solve the case together. There is no set departure and no guide to meet: you start whenever you like and play on your own phones.
Is it an indoor or outdoor activity?
It is an outdoor detective game played on foot between the stops, so dress for the weather on the day. Since you choose your own start time and can pause, you can wait out a shower and carry on when it clears.
