Every night, you heard beautiful piano music coming from the castle, and you became obsessed with finding out who was playing it. 

You snuck into the castle every chance you got, searching for the source of the music, but it seemed to stop every time you got close.

Ghost-story fans and visitors drawn to the haunted reputation of Iulia Hasdeu Castle can follow the tale of mysterious piano music from the castle gates through Câmpina, past the Nicolae Grigorescu Memorial Museum, churches, the House with Griffins and Parc Barbu Stirbey. Couples and families with older children get an eerie, free walk of just under two hours. Anyone with young or easily frightened children, or who prefers not to walk about 3 km, should pick a gentler option.
