The Collacchio is Birgu's old walled quarter where the Knights of St John lived, with architecture dating back to the 13th century. This walk threads through its alleys, passing The Norman House, Auberge d'Angleterre, Victory Square and the Parish Church of St Lawrence on the way to Fort St. Angelo.
Does the spy quest in Birgu end at a beach?
The last stop is D'Homedes Bastion, and the finale leads you to a secret rocky beach with a panoramic sea view. The route does not return to The War Memorial where it starts, so plan your way back from the bastion.
Where does it start and how long does it take?
You start at The War Memorial and finish at D'Homedes Bastion, covering 10 stops and about 2.2 km. Most players take around 80 minutes, walking and puzzles included, so allow an hour and a half if you like to linger over photos.
