Häufig gestellte Fragen
What does cazzimma mean in English?
There is no neat one-word translation. In this quest, cazzimma is described as the audacity to take up space, the courage to speak up and the cunning to flip the odds. The whole walk is built around learning it, with a mysterious gamemaster testing you through cryptic texts as you cross the city.
Where does the walk start and finish?
It starts at Via S. Gregorio Armeno, 12 and ends at the same address, so you finish where you began. Along the way you pass the Maradona mural, Vico Tre Re, Toledo metro station, Piazza Carità, the Church of the New Jesus, Piazza San Domenico Maggiore and Piazzetta Nilo.
How long does it take and how far is the walk?
Plan on around 90 minutes for about 2 km of walking, though you set the pace. You can pause and continue later, for example to stop for a coffee. Charge your phone fully or bring a power bank, since the app guides you from stop to stop.
Is it good for kids?
Yes, for school-age children who enjoy riddles. It is tagged as a family and kids' favourite, and the puzzles range from easy to medium, such as decoding silent sphinxes and tracing musical notes carved into stone. Very young children may tire on 2 km of busy, lively streets.
Do we need to book a time, and can we play as a group?
No time slot is needed. Start whenever you like, with no guide or tour group to meet, and one ticket covers your whole group playing together. The route is outdoors through the streets of the old centre, so dress for the weather on the day.
