Yes. This quest is played on your phone and leads you through the old town stop by stop, telling the story of each place and setting a puzzle in what is in front of you. You start whenever you like, with no guide and no group to join.
What route does the Rovinj walking tour follow?
The app guides you between stops on a 1.4 km loop that starts and ends at St Euphemia church. On the way you pass the Town hall, Antonio Balbi's Arch, Carrera street, the port windrose, Valdibora green market, the pond square memorial, Marshal Tito Square and the Church of the Most Holy Trinity.
How long does it take?
Plan for around an hour and a half to walk the 1.4 km and solve the puzzles at each stop. The terrain is varied with some elevation, so bring water, a hat and sunscreen on hot days, and a charged phone or power bank.
