Inspired by Ælfric of Eynsham’s writings, this walking tour takes you through Regensburg’s historic streets, rich with medieval architecture and atmosphere.

Where does the walk start and finish?
It starts at St. Peter Cathedral and finishes at the Bruckmandl, so it does not end where it began. The route covers 2.9 km through the historic streets of the old town, with eleven stops along the way.
How long does it take?
Most players take about two hours, including the walking and solving the puzzles at each stop. You can pause at any point and continue later, so there is no need to finish it in one go.
Do we need to book a time or join a group?
No. You play it on your phone and can start whenever you like. There is no group to join and no guide to meet; the app leads you from place to place, tells the story of each one and sets a puzzle in what is in front of you.
