Is there an Alexander Hamilton walking tour in NYC?
Yes. This is a self-guided walk played on your phone through Lower Manhattan's Financial District. The app leads you through 10 stops linked to Hamilton's life, including Fraunces Tavern, Federal Hall, the Bank of New York building and the New York Stock Exchange, with a story and a puzzle at each place.
Where does the Hamilton walk start and finish?
It starts at the Alexander Hamilton U.S. Custom House and finishes at Alexander Hamilton's Gravesite, after Trinity Church. It is not a loop, so you end at his grave rather than back where you began. The route passes Stone Street, Fraunces Tavern and Federal Hall along the way.
How long does the Hamilton tour in New York take?
Most players take about an hour and 40 minutes, including walking and solving the puzzles. The route covers 2.4 km through the Financial District. It is best played during the day, and you can pause at any point and pick up where you left off later.
Can we play as a group?
Yes. One ticket covers the whole group playing together on the walk, so couples, friends and families can follow the route and solve the puzzles side by side. The quest is recommended for families and couples visiting the Financial District.
Do we need to book a time slot?
