A hooded Oracle needs a ghost hunter. Every spirit is stuck on unfinished business: solve its mystery, catch it, and it gives up a clue. Follow the trail across town, crack ciphers and riddles (some only the street itself can answer), then name the Evil One and destroy it before it finds you. 🕷️

Starting at Macon City Hall, this 2 km downtown trail passes the Otis Redding Museum, Rosa Parks Square and the Capitol Theatre while you catch ten Halloween spirits with ciphers and riddles in about 90 minutes. Anyone wanting a guide with real local ghost lore, or with young children who scare easily, should look elsewhere.

Yes, it suits teens and older kids well. The story is a Halloween ghost hunt: ten spirits are loose, each with a mystery to solve, and one of them is lying to you. Players crack ciphers and riddles, then name the Evil One. The horror theme may be too much for young children.

It starts at Macon City Hall. From there the trail takes you to stops including H&H Soul, the Otis Redding Museum, Rosa Parks Square, Proudeit Park, St. Joseph Catholic Church and the Capitol Theatre, covering about 2 km in total.
